COMPANY OVERVIEW

Good World Creative is a multidisciplinary creative agency, production company, and digital agency shaping the worlds of some of today’s most culturally impactful artists, brands, and campaigns. We specialize in music and brand-driven content, creative strategy, and execution, working with artists like Troye Sivan, Tame Impala, Demi Lovato, and many more.

THE JOB

The role will support the day-to-day operations of the creative team and assist in managing visual campaigns, photoshoots, music videos, and branded content. This role is for someone deeply organized, culturally tuned-in, and passionate about creative production and pop culture. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to grow within the entertainment and creative industries.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Coordinate calendars, schedules, and meetings for internal and external creative projects.

Assist with artist campaign tracking including moodboards, treatments, timelines, and production documents.

Liaise with producers, directors, stylists, photographers, and vendors to support pre-production and production logistics.

Organize and maintain creative assets, folders, and databases across multiple client projects.

Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met across departments.

Support the creation of decks, presentations, and visual references for artist campaigns and brand collaborations.

Handle travel, call sheets, and on-set needs for shoots when required.

Maintain a pulse on emerging talent, trends, social media managers, videographers, directors, and photographers.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

1–2 years of experience in a creative, entertainment, or production environment (internships included).

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficient in Google Workspace, Adobe Suite (esp. InDesign/Photoshop), and Keynote.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for music, pop culture, fashion, and visual storytelling.

Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently in a startup-style creative agency.

BONUS

Experience on-set for photo or video productions.

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Airtable, Trello).

Basic design or photo retouching skills.

Understanding of label structures, music management, or creative agency environments.

The expected compensation for this position is:

$22.40 USD - $28.00 USD Hourly
