The Invoicing Coordinator is responsible for receiving, auditing, processing and payment of invoices for all DTC, Retail, and Inbound carriers within a timely manner.
This role will use an effective tracking process to report any gaps in payments and ensure 100% accuracy in payments. Also, this role will work with business partners and Accounts Payable in resolving any payment/invoicing issues.
ResponsibilitiesOversee receiving and payment of daily, weekly, monthly invoicing for Supply Chain
Collaborate with Transportation & DTC carriers to ensure timely billing and provide feedback on aging reports as requestedAuditing Transportation invoices and proactively communicating with carriers on any invoicing errors or inaccuraciesWork with Third Party partner, Accounts Payable & Treasury to ensure proper GL coding/posting and timely invoice paymentsWork with Supply Chain Solutions team to ensure smooth submissions of Supply Chain vendor invoicesOther Functions:
Performs other duties as required. QualificationsEducation/Certification:
Bachelor’s or Associate Degree or, equivalent combination of intellectual instruction and work experience.Required Knowledge:
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Microsoft AccessExperience Required:
0-2 years related experience.Skill and Ability:

Compensation The wage for this position is based on many factors such as role requirements, skill set, years of experience and other organizational needs.
