Job Description
We are currently seeking a Talen Acquisition Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting a high‑volume Talent Acquisition team through structured, process‑driven administrative and scheduling support. You’ll manage interview coordination (phone screens, virtual, and onsite), maintain requisition accuracy in the ATS, post jobs across internal/external boards, assist with candidate screening, prepare offer letters, and ensure all documentation and workflows follow established process guides. The is highly task‑based role, requiring someone who thrives in routine, executes with precision, and communicates clearly with multiple hiring managers. You’ll work within a collaborative, capacity‑sharing team where everyone supports one another and jumps in as needed to keep hiring activity moving.

Skills and Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative role with strong coordination and scheduling experience
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, iCIMS, UKG Pro, Workday)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word
Soft skills:
• High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Team‑oriented mindset with willingness to support others and share capacity
Comfort working in a directive, task‑based environment with limited autonomy
