Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. · Manages full-cycle recruitment process for open positions within the college. · Ensures compliance by following state, TCSG, and college policies. · Proactively sources candidates through active networking, resume database searching, internet mining, social media, professional associations, cold calling, placing advertisements, and creative sourcing methods. · Utilizes ATS, job boards, and passive candidate searches to identify and contact qualified applicants for open positions. · Ensures job descriptions are consistent with college standards. · Partners with Hiring Managers to understand the specific needs of their teams and manages the recruitment process including requisition management. · For hard-to-fill or unique positions, conducts recruitment strategy meetings with Hiring Managers to ensure an effective recruiting plan is in place. · Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in-person), and recommend top candidates to hiring managers for consideration. · Coordinates with the hiring manager to present approved offers of employment. · Maintain Applicant Tracking System and ensure all applicant data is updated regularly. · Manage internal application and transfer process including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring managers, and transfer offer letters. · Other duties as assigned. This role routinely uses standard office equipment and technologies. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 5:30 pm, and Friday, 8 am until 12 pm. This position occasionally requires longer hours and some weekend work. Travel Travel to other campus locations is required, as needed. Some overnight travel may be required for meetings, training, and/or recruitment functions. Required Education and Experience · Associate Degree *and* three (3) years of work-related experience *NOTE: Experience may substitute for the degree on a year for year basis. Preferred Education and Experience · A bachelor’s degree in human resources or business. · 5+ years of human resources recruiting experience. · 2+ years of Application Tracking System (ATS) experience. · Formal recruiting experience in higher education. · Previous Taleo experience is a plus.
