Coordinator, Synergy Amplification
Job Summary:

Disney Entertainment Television’s Synergy & Integrated Planning team is seeking a Coordinator, Synergy to join the Synergy Amplification team. In this role, the Coordinator, Synergy, will be responsible for supporting the amplification plans for key brands and titles across the Disney Entertainment Television portfolio. This individual will support the Synergy Amplification work with xLOB synergy partners to drive robust support and incremental reach alongside broader marketing campaigns. The Synergy Coordinator will also maintain and track all project grids, recaps, decks and weekly updates to the Synergy Amplification team as well as partners. Primary Responsibilities:

Supports Synergy Amplification across DET shows and properties as a support to the broader Synergy Amplification team focused on ABC, Hulu, FX, Freeform, and Onyx Collective brands & titlesManages asset organization for internal teams and partnersCommunicates with Synergy partners on status update for project tactics and Synergy placements Populates documents/forms for project needs including creative briefs, contracts and creative work ordersIdeates unique tactics with Manager, Synergy in support of DET titlesSpearheads Synergy recap document and deck at the end of each campaign Secures metrics from various partners across The Walt Disney Company in support of campaignsRegularly updates cross-functional team documents to ensure the information is up to dateActs as a liaison for Synergy Amplification cross-functional team needs such as deadline trackers, pitches, decks, meetings and synergy print, digital and broadcast placements; be a knowledgeable representation for the teamFollows and supports invoice payment process Regularly collaborates with Synergy Integrations on in-room reels, securing content for activations and AirTableCoordinates asset routing and approvalsSecures agenda items and takes notes as needed for various meetingsFacilitates daily ad hoc requests from DET partnersMaintains broad understanding of the DET landscape and Synergy Amplification’s role in the promotion of priority contentAssists on shoots, events and activations as requested

Basic Qualifications:

2 years in entertainment or partnership marketing or similar roleCreative problem solverHighly collaborative, team playerSkilled communicator, presenter and creative ideatorDetail oriented and organizedSkilled at relationship managementCreative problem solverAble to navigate high-visibility projects and large amounts of priorities all at once

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years experience in entertainment or partnership marketing or similar roleKnowledge of Management Tools (Smartsheet, Airtable) is a plusGoogle Workspace, iWork, Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with supporting a 360 Marketing CampaignPassionate about Disney Entertainment ContentStrong project management and communication skills

Required Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $53,300 to $71,300 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
