Job Summary

Provide support to Loss Prevention and Corporate Security. This position will analyze data, video and documentation to mitigate risk and reduce shrink.

This role requires the person to be onsite 5 days a week (700 Cranberry Woods Dr). The shift hours are 10 am - 6 pm working Saturdays and Sundays, then either working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (maybe subject to change).

Experience Required: 1 to 3 years; ideally with Loss Prevention and CCTV, Familiarity with case management, Using multi-line phone networkExperience Desired: Ability to properly document incidents both verbally and written; Must be willing to work non- traditional shifts for a 24/7 operations; Loss Prevention or Law Enforcement experienceEducation Desired: Bachelors DegreeSkills Desired: Attention to detail, multitasking, prioritization, critical thinking, initiative, high level of confidentiality.

Job Responsibilities

Review CCTV footage and identify shopliftersUtilize emerging technologies such as FaceFirst and Edgify, to identify shopliftersMonitor CCTV at HQ to provide 24/7 securityAnswer calls from alarm companies and take appropriate actionDocument incidents called into the SOCProvide video footage to Law Enforcement and other requesting agencies.Spot check cameras companywide to ensure proper functionality.
