Coordinator, Program Management – Marketing Operations
Job Summary:

Disney Entertainment Television is seeking a Coordinator, Program Management to join the Creative Marketing Operations team. This role supports cross-departmental creative initiatives and operational efforts across ABC, ABC News, Freeform, FX, NatGeo, DBT, and Hulu. The Coordinator will help track timelines, manage documentation, support meetings, and maintain systems that keep projects moving forward. While the primary focus is cross-functional program coordination, this role may also assist with international operations and localization support when needed.

Responsibilities:

Support planning and execution of cross-departmental creative projects and strategies by maintaining trackers, timelines, and documentation.

Assist in organizing and documenting meetings, including creating agendas, taking notes, and distributing action items.

Maintain internal tools and systems used for project tracking, updates, and deliverable oversight.

Identify potential blockers or schedule changes and escalate to project leads as appropriate.

Coordinate with stakeholders across departments including creative, strategy, production, legal, and publicity.

Help prepare internal materials such as status reports, presentation decks, and recap documentation.

Ensure all program-related documentation is up to date and accessible to the broader team.

Provide administrative and operational support for special priorities and executive initiatives.

Collaborate closely with the program management team to support high-priority cross-functional efforts.

Assist in the investigation and documentation of emerging technologies that may impact or improve creative workflows.

May assist on international logistics, including localization timelines and asset readiness, if needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, professional environment, ideally within media, marketing, or creative production

Experience working in or supporting the entertainment industry, with familiarity in studio or network operations.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience reporting to senior stakeholders.

Demonstrated executive presence and comfort working in high-visibility environments.

Comfort working with cross-functional teams and juggling multiple programs/projects at once.

Familiarity with Google Workspace and project tracking tools such as Airtable.

General understanding of creative systems and marketing tech platforms; curiosity about technology and innovation is a plus.

Experience preparing meeting recaps or programs/project documentation is a plus.

Preferred Experience/Skills:

Experience working in an entertainment or creative agency environment with a focus on tech.

Familiarity with creative production or asset management workflows.

PMP or Scrum certification is a plus.

Required Education:

BA/BS degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $53,300.00 to $71,300.00 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
