Coordinator, Product Integrity, Product Compliance GC
**Overview of the Job:** We are seeking a highly organized and detailed oriented product testing and sample management specialist to join us. This is a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, accessibility and traceability of vital product testing reports and samples, and it will directly support the product compliance of all Nike products in China market. **Key Partnership:** + Upstream teams in supplier chain + Custom team + DC inventory team and QA team + DSM supply planning and inventory manage team + CS team/digital ops and other teams + Contracted 3rd party labs **Job Responsibility:** + Prepare, maintain and update product test list on Smartsheet or box file. + Manage apparel and socks test sample tracking and feedback to DEC team for follow-up. + Work with 3rd party labs on sample delivery, test application and result/report consolidation. + Manage returned test samples including recording, storage and disposal. + Maintain a report monitoring system, make sure the accuracy, completeness and proper control of all test reports and easy access to all relevant stakeholders. + Connect with all licensee on report and product information delivery. + Support digital team on PDP validation and other tasks. + Be responsible for lab service performance statistics if needed. + Deal with payment checking & application and also regular vendor review. + Complete other job assignments if necessary. **Functional Skill Required (Hard skills):** + Good at EXCEL and POWERPOINT. **Experience Required (Soft skills):** + Strong ability to work independently and collaborate well with peers. + Always be initiative and self-motivated. + Always be detail oriented, accuracy focusing and effectiveness prioritized. + Good cross-function communication skills. **Qualification:** + Bachelor degree or above, preference will be given to graduates with a degree in textile or footwear field. + 2+ years working experience in apparel or footwear trade / retail industry or 3rd party testing organizations. + Fluent in both written and spoken English.
