Coordinator, Physician Professional Development & Wellness (Full Time, 40, Day)
RESPONSIBILITIES Effective Date: 06/25 I. JOB SUMMARY: • Plans, develops, implements and supports activities aligned with the strategic aims for Physician Professional Development & Wellness. • Evaluates and monitors programs to ensure adherence to established plans as well as ensure clinical and business goals and objectives are met. • Projects a passion for developing and supporting others to their highest potential. II. TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: A. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Seeing. Hearing. Speaking. Finger dexterity. B. MANUAL MATERIAL HANDLING: • Infrequent: N/A • Occasional: Carry between 0-5 lbs. • Frequent: N/A • Constant: N/A C. NON-MANUAL MATERIAL HANDLING: • Infrequent: N/A • Occasional: Stand. Stoop/Bend. Climb: Stairs/Ladder. Reach: shoulder level. Reach: above head. • Frequent: Walk. • Constant: Sit. Gripping. III. TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: • Not substantially subjected to adverse environmental conditions. IV. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A. EDUCATION: • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, psychology, education or healthcare; or four years experience in coordinating training programs, project management, or in physician related activities (i.e., physician recruitment, provider relations) may be substituted for the educational requirement.. B. CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE: • No certification and/or licensure requirement. C. EXPERIENCE: • In addition to the education requirement, three (3) years of combine experience in working with physicians or physician practice, and in project coordination or management. • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all organizational levels both verbally and in writing. • Experience working with communications, e-learning software, sharepoint preferred • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams) • Demonstrated proficiency and experience in customer service Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Vet
