Job Description:

Audit of inactive records to identify and resolve outstanding items in employee/retiree files.Reviewing files to confirm status and organize based on status type.Digitization of life insurance beneficiary forms, scanning documentation and uploading to corresponding employee profiles in the HRIS system.Scan any relevant pension information for the Actuary Maintain an accurate list with findings and status for team records
