Salary Range

 

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 annually. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.

Reporting Structure

 

The Merchandising Coordinator reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Merchandising.

 

What You’ll Be Responsible For:


Assist in the partnership between merchandising and design to build a balanced line based on empirical data and sales analyses, as well as trend and brand awareness 

Assist in the creation and implementation of seasonal line plans by delivery and style/SKU to achieve business strategies

Assist in the analysis of price tiers and pricing architecture to guide Design in developing the men’s line; tracking wholesale and retail price points based on margin targets and perceived price valueTrack and monitor key items and growth opportunities by category and styleSupport the Men’s Merchandising team daily and in preparing for key meetings by gathering data, building presentations, and other administrative tasks assignedCommunicate cross-functionally with Design, Sales, Product Development, and Production teams to ensure cohesive processes Shop the market to be aware of trends, competitive price positioning, and market share Assist in creating and maintaining weekly/monthly cross-functional reporting tools Manage and track the flow of samples

Qualifications/Experience We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s DegreeMust have a minimum of two (2) years of relevant merchandising experienceMust have strong organizational skills and be detail-orientedMust have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to support a team environment Must have awareness of trends, competitive price positioning, and market shareMust have excellent time management skillsMust have very strong proficiency in Microsoft ExcelMust have exceptional analytical skillsMust have excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust have proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
