The position of Coordinator, Investor Relations is responsible for coordinating and contributing to Investor Relation projects. In addition, this role coordinates investor relation events, to include agenda development, materials preparation, and completing post-event follow ups. To be successful, the role incumbent should be organized, proactive, and resourceful, with the ability to also provide comprehensive operational support to senior leadership within Investor Relations, Finance and Executives. Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more. + Support Investor Relations projects, events, and initiatives, to include Investor Days, Earnings, and Roadshows. + Project coordination involves managing timelines, tracking milestones, and resolving or escalating matters when needed, ensuring that projects are completed within guidelines and timeframes, and within budgets. + Event coordination requires the logistical coordination of Investor events, as well as the development of the event agenda, preparation of event materials, identification and management of event attendees, and completing post-event follow-ups. + Manages the Earnings Call announcement press release, as well as the Earnings Call and sell side CFO call detail to analysts, to include creating the callback schedule. + Serve as a liaison between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication. + Support cross-functional initiatives and special projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. + Maintain systems for document management, task tracking, and internal workflows. + Provide operational support to Investor Relations team, to include meeting management within the CRM database, calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, meeting preparation, and monitoring the Investor Relation inbox. + Support leadership with a variety of administrative and operations tasks, ensuring the day-to-day coordination across teams and priorities are achieved. **What do you need to succeed?** We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 5 years of experience and professional achievements.
