What you will do
As the Coordinator, Inventory, you will coordinate product requests for various inventory pools, and post-event follow-up and evaluations of products.
Conduct visual and operational tests on devices to ensure they meet functionality requirements. Identify and isolate non-conforming devices to stage for repair
Oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting
Administer and operate the organization's warehouse, including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment
Account for all materials and supplies in the facility; audit goods received into warehouse
Prepare and coordinate schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space
Ensure the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance, and protection of facilities and equipment
Show versatility of work through adapting to new situations, and seeking better ways of completing tasks
Complete all inventory transactions systematically and physically
What you need
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Two (2) years’ relevant work experience
Ability to exert up to 75 pounds of force occasionally and/ or up to 50 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Team lift up to 150 pounds occasionally
Preferred
Experience in shipping/receiving
Handling/evaluation of medical devices
