Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Coordinator to join our Risk Management Fire Life and Safety Team. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Global Risk Management team, Regional Engineering Teams, and Global Operations, where you’ll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. **The Role**
The Global Fire & Life Safety Program Coordinator plays a pivotal role in fostering a safe, secure, and compliant environment across all managed properties worldwide. This position coordinates global fire and life safety compliance inspections, tracks corrective actions, and ensures timely remediation of identified findings. By supporting consistent implementation of safety standards and regulatory requirements, the coordinator helps protect guests, colleagues, and assets across the global portfolio.
1. **Program Oversight:**
+ Take a lead role in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of the Global Fire & Life Safety Program.
+ Ensure compliance with internal fire safety standards and regulations.
1. **Documentation and Reporting:**
2. Maintain accurate records of fire safety inspections, drills, and incidents.
3. Generate reports to communicate program status and recommend improvements.
4. **Awareness:**
5. Promote a culture of awareness and accountability for fire and life safety.
6. **Inspections and Audits:**
7. Coordinate regular fire safety inspections across global locations.
8. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure adherence to safety standards.
9. **Communication:**
10. Serve as the point of contact for fire and life safety inquiries and concerns.
11. Facilitate communication between global teams regarding scheduling and ensure timely completion of recommendations.
· **Perform Other duties as required**
**Qualifications:**
Experience Required:
· 2 years of experience in same field, industry, or other equivalent business/ function role
Experience Preferred:
· Bachelor’s degree in Fire Science, Safety Management, or a related field preferred

_The salary range for this position is $68,800 - $80,000. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate._
