Foot Locker Inc. is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to support the day-to-day commercial planning operations across our global eCommerce business. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in retail, eCommerce, and data analysis, looking to grow within a collaborative and evolving digital landscape.

Responsibilities Manage master planning and reporting files, ensuring data accuracy and proper version controlCollaborate cross-functionally with ecommerce, marketing, finance and planning teamsMaintain and update commercial calendars across all Foot Locker Inc. banners, ensuring accuracy and timely informationRecord and distribute clear, concise notes from commercial calendar and financial forecast meetingsAssist in compiling post-promotional recaps and performance analyses, focusing on incremental sales and key KPIsSupport financial forecasting process by gathering, organizing, and consolidating data across bannersHelp identify and suggest opportunities to streamline planning workflows and improve cross-functional collaborationProvide daily support to the Sr. Manager of Commercial Planning on eCommerce-related special projects and broader eCommerce initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required1-2+ years of experience in retail planning and ecommerce requiredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with proven ability to interpret and analyze complex data to inform strategic decisionsExcellent written communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on collaborationSelf-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesHighly organized and meticulousProficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BIPassion and knowledge of Sports a plus

Benefits

The hourly range is $23.00-$31.85. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
