The primary focus of this position will be serving as a coordinator within the Career and Internship Development Center ( CIDC ) to all undergraduate students at the Utah Asia Campus ( UAC ). This position also manages the day-to-day operations of the CIDC , including supervising the student staff, while carrying out the mission of CIDC to serve undergraduate, graduate, alumni, and employers to positively impact student outcomes and post-graduate career success. This position reports to the Assistant Director of the CIDC . **Responsibilities** * Work collaboratively with all members of the campus community to address the unique needs of students in particular programs and fields. * Assist students with the domestic and international job and internship search process, including professional networking, resume and cover letter development and interviewing. * Coordinate and facilitate workshops and career development activities to students related to the internship and job search. * Research and vet internships, jobs and other experiential opportunities to determine the suitability, legality and potential advantages for students. * Create referral system for faculty, parents, alumni and administrators to promote opportunities to students. * Create and collect employer satisfaction surveys, analyze data, evaluate and make recommendations. * Develop relationships and collaborate with student workers, student clubs, professional organizations, employer and faculty to co-market events and resources. * Create and manage up-to-date list of all internships and hiring outcomes on the website. * Enforce employer recruitment policies. * Attend events on evenings and weekends at campus events. * Provide one on one career consulting assistance and group workshops to undergraduate students, including resume development, mock interviews, & self-development training. * Manage the day-to-day operations of the CIDC , including supervising the student staff. * Serve as the campus administrator for Handshake, the platform used at UAC . * Promote on-campus programing & student employment opportunities to UAC students. * Act as a secondary point of contact for employer inquiries pertaining to employment opportunities, programs, & events. * Establish relationships with Domestic & International Graduate School Programs Other duties as assigned. **Minimum Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree * Two or more years’ experience in a career or internship center role. * Fluency in Korean and English * Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently with minimal oversight * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job outlined in the position description **Preferences** * Experience working in a higher education setting, preferably in a student-facing or career development role * Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies aimed at enhancing student engagement in career and internship opportunities * Knowledge of and expertise in employer outreach and recruitment.
