Ce pôle a pour objectif de coordonner l'ensemble des acteurs afin de respecter l'engagement de la Direction Industrielle vis-à-vis de la demande clients (construction d'un engagement fiable, identification des risques, suivi du plan, proposition d'arbitrages, analyse des performances, interface client).
