Key user SAP WM. Project leader management for warehouse. Responsible to enforce AE standards in BSW. Define logistics processes for SMT Mezzanine.  Responsible for supervising the activities of the Celaya Plant electronic warehouse personnel,  ensuring that instructions, processes and procedures are followed as indicated on the Quality System instructions and providing an excellent level of service to internal/external customers.

RequisitosSupervise all activities concerning all shifts’ operations on the Electronic Warehouse Annual Physical Inventory leaderResponsible for all assigned warehouse personnel.Responsible of Daily/Weekly / Monthly reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).Responsible for interviewing and hiring staff for the operational área.Training and career development of all Supply Chain employeesResponsible for the timely issuing of electronic materials to the production lines and to the requestors.Maintain order, discipline and cleanliness in the warehouse.Supervise all activities concerning all shifts’ operations on the Warehouse.Interface with other departments for improvements and clarifications.Participate in Bosch initiatives.Supervise/perform work as described on the corresponding Quality System instructions/procedures.Ensure proper storage of electronic materials and components following the "rules for handling of materials at the warehouse" stated in the corresponding Quality System instruction.Establish new processes / procedures, as required.Promote and support Bosch Production System, CIP, Policy Deployment and environmental plant goals.SAP WM Key user Contact point for General warehouse, ensure that division standards are follow in high quality and cost-efficient way.Coordinate Improvement projects for warehouse

Skills:

Experience of 3 to 7 years in logistic process.Knowledge of Supply Chain and overall Logistics with a strong focus on Internal Material Flow / WarehousingMS OfficeKnowledge SAP (WM)Quality, safety, health and environmental management - ISO / TS16949, ISO / 14001 & ISO 45001OEA and CTPAT controlsProblem solving methods (PDCA’s, A3 Problem solving sheet, 8D’s)Proactive, analytic, team worker, organized and good communication skill.English advanced.Bachelor degree: Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing, Administration or International Business
