Estamos recrutando uma pessoa Coordenadora de Serviços para Clientes que atuará na Central de Parâmetros, será responsável por liderar uma equipe técnica, atuando como elo estratégico entre clientes, áreas internas e a operação. O foco do cargo está na gestão de pessoas, orquestração de processos técnicos e garantia da qualidade e priorização dos atendimentos, atuando em projetos estratégicos da área.
No dia a dia, esse papel envolve acompanhar a eficácia da operação, analisar indicadores, entender a capacidade do time, lidar com demandas de alta complexidade, fazer análises críticas de prioridades e garantir alinhamento com clientes internos e externos. É uma vaga com exposição, participação ativa em iniciativas estratégicas, como automação e melhoria contínua dos serviços.
