**Missão do Cargo:** Coordenar operacionalmente desde a implantação e execução dos programas de PSP (Programa de Suporte ao Paciente) e SAC, garantindo qualidade, aderência ao planejamento, performance operacional e satisfação do cliente. **Principais Responsabilidades:** - Coordenar a operação do programa desde a implantação. - Ser interlocutor do cliente no nível operacional. - Garantir cumprimento de SLAs e escopo. - Apoiar melhorias contínuas nos processos. **Requisitos:** - Formação superior completa na área da saúde. - Pós-graduação desejável. - Experiência em coordenação operacional e PSP. - Desejável inglês intermediário - Conhecimento do Pacote Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint...) - Perfil organizado e com boa comunicação. - Capacidade para análise de indicadores com foco em qualidade. **Modelo de Trabalho:** híbrido (4x presencial no escritório da IQVIA). _A IQVIA está empenhada em adotar um ambiente de trabalho diverso e inclusivo.
