Position Description:

Oncology & Hematology are key areas of focus for Bristol Myers Squibb now and in the future. The position is to work with BMS Oncology actual portfolio. Brand coordinator, reporting directly to Sr Oncology Marketing Manager .

Activities Description

Coordinate Brand Teams meetings aligned with Brand Managers and Brand Lead;Support Oncology Strategic Business Plan and Coordinate promotional activitiesAssure to execute business plans for Brand strategy;Help during Forecasting process;Support Marketing team on strategic and tactical marketing plans implementation – including main responsible for Communication Plan (promotional materials & events);Lead congress strategy, plan and execution;Support Launch Preparation and readiness assessment;Sales Force Engagement and Sales Force Training;Develop strategic promotional materials for the field teams (commercial and medical calls);Interface with publicity agency and involvement in the development of new campaigns;Approve promotional materials and scientific content in internal systems;Support the development of strategic content – Business Review, Marketing Plan – and track product performance;Track the brand’s investments, assisting in the budgetary control;Responsible for purchase orders and contract processes;Create solutions to meet customer needs such as meetings, materials, dialogue models;Global Team meetings and corporate presentations (English required).

Specifics Requirements:

Graduate degree (post-graduation, MBA or Master degree desirable);Former work experience in pharmaceutical marketing;Advanced EnglishDeep knowledge about Office package (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)Good personal skillsPrevious experience in Oncology or Hemnatology or Hospitalar markets (desirable)
