JOB PURPOSE
This role exists to steer the OAC portfolio by embedding a data-driven culture into all financial planning and commercial management activities. This role is responsible for optimizing the value and performance of Access and Connectivity IT services by managing budget, assessing financial impacts, and working on commercial activities to support projects, fostering a culture of analytics and continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate IT financial planning, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
Monitor and control the IT budget, analyzing variances and implementing corrective actions.
Foster a data-driven culture by defining best practices and supporting the implementation of productivity solutions (e.g., Automation, Power BI, SharePoint).
Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial and operational risks.
Prepare and deliver management reports and executive presentations.
Participate in strategic IT projects by assessing financial impacts and associated risks.
Promote a culture of strong governance within the team.
Manage the continuous improvement and maintenance of the area's data mart.
Be an active part of OAC Data team, preparing dashboards and providing analysis for product owners.
Accountable for commercial processes and governance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Completed degree
Advanced or fluent englisht
Experience working in a cross functional regional team
Shows a thorough understanding of applicable project management and/or operational management standards and procedures including financial matters across all areas of Service delivery.
Displays excellent inter-personal skills at all levels of contact and in a wide variety of situations
Has the necessary experience and cultural awareness to interact with geographically dispersed and global teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Has experience with developing dashboards in Power BI and Azure DevOps. AI tools and O365 are a differential.
