Responsibilities The Opportunity Develop strategic EHS SELL initiatives and projects, through the optimization and standardization of processes, information systems and reports, as well as the development of innovative solutions to ensure EHS leadership in PepsiCo Brazil operations Scope: Brazil Sell team in the East and Northeast zone Sales ( small and large format). Your Impact Implement, develop, maintain and support EHS Agenda and programs in areas in Brazil for Sales. Ensures EHS legal record of occupational incidents, metrics, injuries, illnesses, colisions, audit findings, action plans, compliance tasks, and all EHS data in the systems are updated, confirmed, reviewed and maintained appropriately. Support and implement GEHSMS Standards implementation, reliab,• Support in management system for EHS Sell Identifying industry and service best practices. Coordinate EHS internal programs for Brazil. Coordinate GEHSMS external audits ensiring the international ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 in your region Coordinate Fleet and Drive Safety Agenda in your region Coordinate Large Format Sales Safety Agenda in your region Provide support and training related Safety. Establish and implement the program for internal and external assessment as well for the inspections program. Identify opportunities for improving EHS&S programs and reducing work related EHS&S incidents. Providing consultative EHS&S services to the organization. Implement site EHS&S actions plans in alignment with regulatory requirement, EHS&S Standards and initiatives. Provide technical support to ensure the implementation of the corrective and preventive actions for near misses, incidents and accidents. People leadership, ensuring guidance for the activities of the Safety Technical team, accident investigations and career management Act as a link between Sales leadership, the EHS technical team and the EHS Management and Board of Directors Ensure the planning and execution of safety programs that aim to meet Brazilian Legal Requirements for Occupational Safety, as well as PepsiCo Requirements and Programs Mapping EHS legal requirements, licenses and permits, support the changes implementation projects by tracking and an,• Identifying upcoming regulatory changes or emerging industry/service best practices Track action plans status from audits and evaluations to ensure their completeness in regions. Coordinate EHS training agenda across in regions Provide support and training related to GEHSMS standards and data management systems. Implementing and improving the Titans for Excellence program in your region Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Engineering and with the required work experience Safety specialist post graduation ( in progress or conclude) Strong Knowledge of EHS Management systems Lider auditor in ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and their applicability. Strong Knowledge of current EHS regulations. MyEHS system platform expertise. Strong Statistical analysis.skills Strong verbal and written communications skills Capability builder. Team Leader Ability to bring a group with varied interests to consensus. Ability developed for proper handling of information Effective networking skills in a multi-country, multi BU, multi function region. Language: Portuguese (native), English (intermediate), Spanish (intermediate) Software: Microsoft Office, Enablon (myEHS), PowerBI.
