We want your knowledge and expertise! **Job Summary and Qualifications** + Completes final preparation of PAT charts prior to transfer to Preop + Gathers clinical information for physician’s offices for nursing and anesthesia review + Greets patients day of surgery at SDS desk and begins registration process/bedside + registration + Assist PAT patients with completion of medical history forms and Xplain module + Retrieves daily Encounters and submits to PAT Coordinator + Assists PAT nurses with obtaining vital signs, EKGs and blood draws as needed + Provide O.R. Scheduling coverage as needed during the day or when Scheduler is out of the office . + Provide coverage for O.R. Analyst when she is out to ensure that chart verification is + completed in a timely manner. + Shows flexibility and seeks out additional duties as needed to facilitate the flow of the + department + Assist with the Insurance verification process + Adheres to hospital policies and procedures, supports the mission of the hospital. **EXPERIENCE** Required - Computer skills preferably previous Meditech experience; Strong customer service skills.
