The right candidate will prepare food in accordance with applicable federal, state, local, and company standards, guidelines and regulations with established policies and procedures. Ensures quality food service is provided at all times. Assists with catering.

Schedule – Monday – Friday, 6AM – 2:30PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery, and service schedulesServes meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlines standards, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty. Tastes all prepared food itemsUses established ticket collection procedures during service. Responsible for records from area worked during service periodsCleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standard of cleanliness. Stores or discards excess food in accordance with safe food-handling proceduresKeep refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat. Ensures food and supply items are stored per standardsPerforms job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environmentSupports an excellent dining experience for all guestsOperates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructedReports needed maintenance, faulty equipment, or accidents to the supervisor immediatelyAttends in-service and safety meetingsMaintains good working relationships with coworkers, customers, and managersAssists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as requiredAssists in the ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as requiredConducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyAbility to work overtime
