The Platinum Hotel seeks an experienced  Line Cook for our  Room Service, Restaurant and Pool menus.  Starting pay is up to $19 per hour based on your qualifications.

Prepare food served using established production procedures and systemsUnderstand and complies with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen policies and proceduresComplies with established sanitation, personal hygiene and health standards.Maintains current health card credentialing and has in possession at all timeReports necessary equipment repair and maintenance to Executive ChefHandles, stores and rotates all products properlyFollows proper plate presentation and garnish proceduresAssist in food prep assignmentsMaintains a clean and sanitary work area, including: tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, ovens, flat top, refrigeration equipment, etc.
