**What you’ll do**
+ Execute prep and service to exact recipes and standards; maintain immaculate mise and station organization\.
+ Fabricate seafood and produce with careful yield control; cook rice and season components with consistency\.
+ Plate and pass courses to the chef’s timing for a 24\-seat omakase\.
+ Uphold food safety/SOPs \(temperature logs, labeling/day dots, sanitation\) and assist with daily close\.
**What you bring**
+ 1 year line or sushi bar experience \(omakase or Japanese cuisine a plus, but we’ll train the right talent\)\.
+ Strong knife skills, attention to detail, and calm, professional presence in a tight service window\.
+ Reliability, teamwork, and pride in delivering a premium guest experience\.

+ Food Handler certification \(or ability to obtain\) required\.
