Job Description

As a cook, you will accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special or catered events. You will also be required to bake goods.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards.Ensure all food preparation is done in a timely manner to meet meal schedules.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.Assist in the preparation of catered events and special meals.Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Essential Skills

1+ years of cooking experience.1+ years of food preparation experience.1+ years of experience in fast food.Proficient in food production and handling.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience as a line cook or chef is beneficial.Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Work Environment

Work in a dynamic kitchen environment with shifts from 12:30pm-9pm, including weekend nights. This is a full-time position.

This is a Contract position based out of Omaha, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
