We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our culinary team. This role is responsible for preparing high quality dishes in a fast-paced hotel kitchen while maintaining brand standards, cleanliness, and food safety. Work Experience
Previous cooking experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen preferredBasic knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, and kitchen equipmentAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityFlexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidaysFood Handler Certification required prior to hire (must be valid and up to date)Ability to stand for extended periods of timeAbility to lift up to 50 lbs
