Work Experience
Previous cooking experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen preferredBasic knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, and kitchen equipmentAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityFlexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidaysFood Handler Certification required prior to hire (must be valid and up to date)Ability to stand for extended periods of timeAbility to lift up to 50 lbs
