A\n Cook is responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes to\n deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while consistently \ncontributing to departmental targets.

What will I be doing?

As\n a Cook, you are responsible for preparing and presenting high quality \ndishes to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Cook will \nalso be required to prepare all mis-en-place and contribute to \ndepartmental targets. Specifically, you will be responsible for \nperforming the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\n

Prepare and plate\nfood in a cost effective and efficient manner, including:

\n\nFood\nprepared and served in accordance with recipes, photos and menus.Prepares sauces, soups and hot entrees\n in accordance with menu.Inspect\nfood before being served to guests to ensure consistent quality and guest\ndelivery.Sets up for meals by ensuring proper amounts are in place\nfor forecast covers, special functions, and any reservations.Ensures\nconsistency in portion.As\nrequested, completes inventory and restocks.Prepares\nwork checklist and/or completes work/shift checklist and organizes work\nstations for each shift.\n\n \n\n\n

Adheres to\nsafety and security standards, including:

\n\n

Work\narea and equipment is cleaned, maintained and organized.Ensuring\nproper equipment operation.Working\nknowledge of local health/ sanitation, food storage and handling.Follow\nany internal, local health/ sanitation, guidelines/procedures to ensure food\nand beverage safety for guests.Ensure\nkitchen is readied for next shift.Responsible\nfor labeling and dating all items placed in walk and/or reach-ins.

Education and License/Certificates:
