HOURS:This position has a flexible schedule but successful applicant must be available to mix a blend of days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foodPrepare dishes for Guests with food allergies or intolerancesInspect kitchen and food service areasTrain staff in preparation, cooking and safe food handlingOrder supplies and equipmentSupervise kitchen helpers and student cooksMaintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipmentClean kitchen and work areaCREDENTIALS:
