Focus on the highest level of customer service and quality in a fine dining setting. Contributes to ongoing menu creation and development, all focused on health and wellness. Ability to coordinate with culinary team to execute multiple course menus in accordance to event schedule. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout kitchen and workspaces. Assists with clean up and dishes after event as needed. **Qualifications** High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 2 years of culinary experience required, preferred in a fine dining setting, catering operation or commercial kitchen.3-5 years of culinary experience preferred. Culinary education and professional training preferred. Knowledge and skill in preparing a variety of foods in fluctuating quantities with the ability to coordinate preparation and execution of all menu items in a timely manner.
