Overview The Philadelphia Cambria located in the heart of downtown is looking for a line cook to join the team. Primary responsibilities include: Assists in the preparation, production and service of food for restaurant, banquet and associate functions. Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes by following recipes and/or product specifications. Maintain standards of sanitation and adhere to food safety regulations. Operate and maintain a variety of kitchen equipment including but not limited to choppers, mixing machines, slicers, steamers, grills, etc. Perform all other duties as deemed necessary by management. Qualifications Able to move items weighing up to 50 pounds including stocking shelves above eye level. Attention to detail and multitasking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to bend, twist, lift and stand for the shift worked.
