Cooks require basic culinary skills or related cooking experience and good communication skills. This is typically a production position that requires in-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations. We are specifically seeking someone with proven experience in preparing authentic Hindi cuisine to ensure we meet the diverse tastes of our guests. You will be capable of producing a consistent product to meet and exceed guests' needs in a timely manner. On a daily basis, you will monitor food production, quality, and consistency.
