The Role
We are working in partnership with this prestigious firm to find a dedicated and experienced Conveyancing Trainer. This key position plays a vital role in shaping the knowledge, skills, and confidence of conveyancing staff across the business. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality training programmes that ensure technical excellence, compliance, and client satisfaction throughout all property transactions.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deliver engaging training sessions for new and existing conveyancing staffEnsure training materials reflect the latest legislation, regulations, and best practicesMonitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback and supportCollaborate with the leadership team to identify skills gaps and create tailored learning plansMaintain accurate training records, reporting progress and complianceOffer ongoing coaching and mentoring to encourage individual and team growthChampion a culture of continuous learning within the conveyancing departmentStay up to date with industry developments and update training content accordinglyCandidate Requirements
