Crone Corkill is working with a modern law firm who are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their vibrant & passionate team in their London office on a permanent hybrid basis.
You will join a well-established business that is well-known for its expertise across all residential and real estate matters, Wills & Estates, Power of Attorney and Enfranchisement matters.

The Role
Due to continued growth,the firm are seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join a high preforming team on a permanent hybrid basis.

With a diverse caseload across new builds,shared ownership and leaseholds you will hit the ground running with a focus on the below duties:
Managing a diverse caseload of 60 to 70 filesHandling sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold transactions end to endProviding expert legal advice on complex matters with a client-dfocused approachWorking collaboratively within a supportive team that celebrate eachothers successesProactively updating clients on a regular basisDrafting legal documentation for clients in a timely mannerMaintaining relationships with external attorneys, lenders and brokersOverseeing support staff and delegating tasksResearching relevant caselawStaying abrest with relevant technology and ensuring SRA & GDPR rules are compiled withAbout You

You may have years under your belt and are looking to join a larger dynamic practice or simply want to join a specialised Property practice.
