Will be working to maintain and troubleshoot electrical systemsAssist with integrating and retrofitting new lines coming to plant

Description

1.\tFollow and comply with all safety standards including LOTO.

2.\tProvide safe and timely electrical support.

3.\tConfer with supervisor on job assignments and preventive maintenance, TPM events and maintenance work orders.

4.\tAnalyze, troubleshoot, replace and install electrical DC controls and AC controls

5.\tPower distribution troubleshooting and electrical installations

6.\tTroubleshoot and correction of equipment Programmable Logic Controls (PLC’s)

7.\tSuggest, design and upgrade existing equipment controls

8.\tDevelop, create and keep current all electrical documentation.

9.\tPLC programing and modification of programs and devices

10.\tEthernet I/O troubleshooting and setup

11.\tEquipment electrical safety control installation, repair and troubleshooting

12.\tWork from complicated drawings, blueprints, worksheets, and other related documents.

13.\tMechanical and electrical troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of manufacturing and facility equipment.

14.\tParticipate in continuous improvement activities

Additional Skills & Qualifications

This position will be responsible for performing repairs and preventive maintenance of facility equipment and machinery to maintain optimal up time of production equipment. May perform wiring, plumbing, electrical/mechanical maintenance repair and installation. Trouble shooting PLC’s, motors, motor controls, drives, electrical circuits, hydraulic systems, and robotics. Effectively communicate and provide training or technical support to maintenance team in these areas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
