Job Title: Controls Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a Controls Technician responsible for programming, troubleshooting, and assisting in the repair of electrical control systems. This role requires overnight shifts, but you will have the opportunity to work with your team to establish shift coverage.

ResponsibilitiesProgram and troubleshoot PLC and electrical control systems.Assist in the repair of electrical control systems.Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive shift coverage.Utilize HMI knowledge in production settings.Handle pneumatics and hydraulics systems effectively.Work with Siemens PLC for system integration and management.Design circuitry and variable frequency drives.Essential SkillsProficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting.Strong electrical experience.Knowledge of HMI systems.Understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics.Experience with Siemens PLC.Associates Degree in a related field.Additional Skills & QualificationsBasic networking knowledge is desired.Capability in low-level programming.Potential for growth into a lead role.Work Environment

This role operates within a manufacturing environment with varying noise levels and temperature conditions. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required in certain areas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $43.00/hr.
