Job Title: Controls TechnicianJob Description We are seeking a skilled Controls Technician responsible for designing, building, developing, and installing control panels for burners. Responsibilities + Design and build control panels for burners. + Develop and install control systems using Allen-Bradley technology. + Perform PLC programming and troubleshooting. + Commission and start up burner control systems. + Work with combustion and burner controls, including Honeywell Slate systems. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Allen-Bradley technology. + Experience with schematic reading and drawing. + Expertise in PLC programming and troubleshooting. + Strong skills in panel building and design. + Ability to commission control systems effectively. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Knowledge of combustion and burner controls. + Experience with Honeywell Slate systems. Work Environment This position offers a dynamic work environment that includes both office and field work. The role is flexible to a hybrid setup for individuals living within an hour's drive from Louisville, including cities like Lexington, Cincinnati, and Indianapolis. Travel is significant, ranging from 75-100%, with trips lasting around 2-3 weeks. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $33.00/hr.
