**Description** **Scope** EMCOR Services NY/NJ has an opportunity for a Controls Service Technician. The Controls Services Technician is responsible for completing service calls while maintaining positive client relations. **Duties** + Complete scheduled preventative maintenance and emergency service calls on existing BMS + Install, troubleshoot and repair system components including sensors, actuators, controllers, and networking devices + Troubleshoot installations and correct deficiencies without direct + Perform functional testing and system validation + Effectively communicate with customers to evaluate service needs, maintain proper scheduling and ensure high levels of customer + Monitor customer buildings to ensure optimum performance standards are being achieved.
