We boldly go. **Where is the work:** On-Site (5 days) **Responsibilities** + Responsible for providing preventive maintenance service for BMS (Building Management System) + Carry out troubling shooting, analyzing and rectification of the system on time + Support client with system operation and recommendation for improvement + Data analyzing and determination of the system operation status + Response client’s request and attend the issue in short notice + Supervise subcontractor to carry out the work safely + Provide the assistance to colleague and mentoring actively + Ensure all works carried out in accordance with the specified quality and EHS standards + Prepare and submit quotations, including material, labor, and scope of works + Perform replacement/repair, fit out works/A&A for existing BMS site + Perform weekly standby on rotation schedule + Perform calibration and verification of BMS sensors annually + Provide sales support BMS service and site survey **Requirements** + Diploma/ Degree from a recognized technical institute + Hands on experience in BMS Control System + Hands on experience in programming languages and logic gates + Familiar with digital fundamental + Knowledge on basic networking + Strong customer management & problem solving skills + Excellent communication & presentation skills + Skilled in the use of MS office + Knowledge on ACMV system We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
