Summary: Seeking a Controls & Instrumentation Engineer to design, implement, test, and support electrical equipment and data acquisition systems for wind tunnel and hypersonic ground projects.
Requirements:
BS or MS Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university 5 years of professional experience in controls, electronics, data acquisition Experience with Wind Tunnel & Hypersonic applications or comparable experience PLC Programming experience Strong Labview experiencePreferred Skills:
Experience with one-line diagrams and electrical load sizing P&ID Designs and Reviews experience Experience with Sensor Hardware SelectionResponsibilities:
Design and validate equipment and components for tunnel facilities Major capability upgrades to existing facilities Design & Analysis (30%) Scope, Budget & Schedule (25%) Documentation (20%) Support (15%) Quoting (10%)Pay Details: $70.00 to $80.00 per hour
