Controls Engineer (Siemens/Fanuc)

Controls Engineer specializing in Siemens TIA Portal responsible for programming, commissioning, and supporting large material handling systems.

Job Requirements

Strong, recent Siemens experience with TIA Portal.

Ability to write PLC code from scratch in ladder logic and structured text.

Experience programming and supporting large material handling systems.

Proven experience commissioning controls and automation equipment on-site.

Preferred Skills

Fanuc robot programming and troubleshooting experience.

Experience integrating Siemens PLCs with robots and other automation components.

Experience with system bring-up, I/O checkout, and field device integration.

Job Responsibilities

Develop, from scratch, PLC programs in ladder logic and structured text using Siemens TIA Portal.

Design, configure, and support control systems for large material handling equipment.

Commission equipment, including I/O verification, tuning, debugging, and functional testing.

Integrate PLCs with Fanuc robots and other automation subsystems where applicable.

Troubleshoot control system issues during startup and provide ongoing technical support.



Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
