Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Controls Engineer to assist with machining area and production line work orders, as well as manage project-based work within the plant. This role involves supporting the maintenance team, troubleshooting electrical issues, and understanding root causes of major downtime events.
ResponsibilitiesAssist with machining area and production line work orders.Provide support to the maintenance team as needed.Troubleshoot electrical issues and determine root causes of major downtime.Engage in project support, addressing maintenance and quality issues.Support large projects such as flex machining or line maintenance.Essential SkillsExperience with Allen-Bradley PLCs.Ability to read electrical prints.Knowledge of basic electrical panel troubleshooting processes, including safety and technical aspects.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with robot controllers.Awareness of various communication protocols such as DeviceNet, Ethernet, ControlNet, etc.Experience with Siemens PLCs.Work Environment
This role requires onsite work in a Tier 1 facility with opportunities for overtime, including Saturdays.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
