Job Summary:

Project Management leader is required to drive service excellence for high demand project management requirements of Data Center and other customers. The incumbent shall be required to understand Projects requirements of data center, large Semi-con customers and commercial customers, lead a team of project Engineers and work closely with country service operations leader and sales leaders to implement project delivery models to meet the high demand project management requirements. The people shall be single point of contact for these customers and shall also engage with regional teams to deliver the projects successfully. Incumbent shall be fully responsible to project-based P&L, Manage projects costs, ensure timely achievement of project milestones, Manage customer side processes and run a proper project management process for Trane DC and other customers

Principal Responsibilities:

To build and manage dedicated DC and other segments project management team.Implement and standardize DC, KAM Specific processes which can help meet customer demands at field level.Incumbent shall be leadership level SPOC for Data center customers to support DC sales growth and handle escalationsWork in close coordination with local entities to provideProject Management progress assessment (including controls). Dynamically deploy project engineers and other resources in case of deviation from scheduled timelines.Manage full-project life cycle in close coordination with department leaders including all stages of testing and commission which require post sales engagement ( L3 to L5 levels of T&C).Support parts management for Critical sitesPost commissioning support required to be provided to DC customers during warranty period.Support in manpower planning based on projects workloadOptimize costs to ensure that service demands are met in the most cost effective manner w/o impacting profitability of projects businessSupport service business growth by driving Linkage and Capture of customer contracts, repairs, upgrades working closely with service sales teamsEngage with TNSA, AP quality, Engineering and factory actively to solve project related issues.

Key Competencies:

Experience of managing projects organizationStrong customer communication skillsAbility to work with key stakeholders at country level and also interface with regional engineering and regional leadersKnowledge of Airside and controls is an advantageKnowledge of chillers servicing is an advantage
