Be yourself, everyone else is taken! **Position Snapshot** + Location: Budapest or Szerencs (Flexible) + Desired experience: 2-3 years professional experience + Education: College or University degree in Economics / Finance + Language knowledge: Fluent English and Hungarian **A day in the life of the Controlling Specialist...** + Manage a common approach for all monthly factories reporting + Follow up and monitoring of progress to close gaps, ensuring Nestlé financial policies + Identify and drive cost improvement opportunities + Improvement projects and initiatives + Visiting the Szerencs Factory quarterly + Preparation of reports and analyzes within specified deadlines and with due care + Co-pilot role for factories (monitoring the application of cost standards) + Data maintenance and control in the areas defined in SAP + Data provision, financial estimation, preparation of presentations + Supporting the implementation process of the project at the level of the Central and Eastern European region **What will make you successful?** + Good Communication, both orally and written + Experience in a managerial position is an advantage + Highly developed analytical skills + Ability to work in a network organization including Business units + Good interpersonal skills, both within the function, but also with other members of the Technical community.
