Job Description

Your contribution to something big: 

Prepare financial reports, ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and minimal errors;Analyze business development KPIs using SAP BW and SAP ERP, including preparing presentations for management;Optimize reporting processes and support continuous improvement initiatives;Document database structures and reporting procedures;Improve upload procedures, data processing workflows, and reporting cycles;Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing relevant financial insights;Participate in ad‑hoc projects and initiatives as required;Deliver ad‑hoc financial reporting to support decision‑making.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Education

Degree in Economics, Management, Finance, or a related field.

Experience

At least 2 years of professional experience in financial reporting, controlling, or similar roles.

Know‑how

Basic understanding of reporting procedures and financial processes;Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel;Experience with SAP BW and SAP ERP is an advantage;Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills;Cross‑functional and cross‑process mindset.

Languages

Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Working Style and Methods

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;Highly structured, accurate, and customer‑oriented approach;Strong team spirit, dynamic attitude, proactivity, and clear communication skills.
