Your area of responsibility includes the overall responsibility for the KPI’s SG&A and HCResponsibility for planning, controlling, forecasting and reporting of SG&A cost centers and HC in close alignment with regional counterparts as well as other financial controllers in the organizationEnsuring a high level of transparency for SES SG&A and HC, as well as a high level of FC-accuracy Analysis and commentary of FC deviations Preparation of management analyses and presentationsIdentification and implementation of process standardizations and improvementsWhat You Bring
Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance or a comparable educationProfessional experience (>3 years) in the finance area, ideally controllingExpert in using MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP Fluent in English, German is an advantageFirst experiences in current business intelligence tools (e.g. SAP Analytical Clouds) and interest to expand these skillsOpen-mindedness and communication skills, the ability to work in a team High degree of motivation, initiative, high quality standards and results-oriented workStrategic thinking and creative problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and address competing priorities, while ensuring deadlines are met on time and with accuracyWe’ve got quite a lot to offer.
