We're looking for a Controlling Manager to provide essential financial guidance and analysis. In this role, you'll be a key player in managing the financial health of dedicated IT Services departments. We need someone who is not only financially astute but also open to innovation and eager to support our digital transformation initiatives.
Your role:
Financial Guidance & Analysis: Provide in-depth financial guidance and P&L analysis Budget & Forecasting: Coordinate the monthly and yearly planning processes. Business Case Support: Support the creation of business cases. Financial Control: Ensure strict adherence to DHL's financial control policies. Team Leadership: Lead a small team once business knowledge handover is complete. Digitalization & Innovation: Champion our FI Digitalization priorities and embrace innovative approaches.Your experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of post-qualification experience within Finance Proficient knowledge or MS Excel, SAP, Power BI Strong analytical skills, Flexible, Eager to learn Knowledge of accounting principles and practices IFRS/US GAAP Detail oriented with focus on high quality performance across different locations with different conditions within deadlines Previous experience of fin. analysis/controlling gained in international environment – preferably IT related Developed interpersonal skills to facilitate support; good oral, written and presentation skills Fluent in English Leadership skillsAn array of benefits for you:
