About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Controlling Expert to join our SMO RS EN Hub team, with a focus on Rolling Stock Engineering Hub (EH) activities. This role is pivotal in driving financial transparency, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making across our global engineering hubs.
Key Responsibilities:Global Engineering Hub (EH) Oversight Provide commercial oversight for EN hubs (e.g., India, Serbia), ensuring alignment in Budget, Forecast, and Ultimo processes. Deliver timely KPI overview to support effective steering of SMO RS Engineering hubs. Conduct ad-hoc analyses and profitability calculations as basis for operational and strategic decisions. Act as the main contact for clarifying charging workflows between EN hubs and HQ, as well as inter-hub transactions. Steer annual SLA process for all hubs towards Germany and Austria. Monitor information flow to ensure timely stakeholder involvement in decision-making processes. Enhance cross-departmental relationships to enable successful execution of business objectives. Contribute to competitive intelligence efforts by identifying financial trends and benchmarking performance across hubs.
Qualifications:
• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Controlling, or a related field. • Proven experience in controlling, financial planning, and analysis. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial reporting tools. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Fluent in English. • Experience in a global or matrix organization is a plus. • High integrity and discretion in handling confidential financial information. • Proactive, positive, and resilient under pressure, with a strong commitment to continuous learning.
